The host, Gianluca, was amazing! He gave us great tips for exploring Palermo and checked in on us daily. He helped with our car rental and even fixed a problem with the bathroom door lock. Spacious room and helpful recommendations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, close to the city center in a safe area. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips and recommendations for exploring this city. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and the kitchen area was fully equipped for our needs. We also appreciated the convenient parking and easy access to transportation.
